All Reviews.io clients get a customisable Company Profile Page which is the hub of their review presence on Reviews.io.

Each company with a Reviews account gets their own company page, hosted on our site. The company profile page is fully customisable by you. Your company logo is automatically imported from your website and you have the option to update your business details including contact details, map location, opening hours and your company bio. An outbound link is present which leads to your home page.

You Company Profile page shows your customers the total number of reviews collected, with a breakdown of those reviews with 1 to 5 stars. Customers can filter reviews to read, for example, all 5 star reviews.

The Company Profile page also has a variety of tabs available, so your customers can view Company reviews (those reviews about delivery, service, etc) and Product Reviews (those reviews about individual products). Both types of reviews can have photos, although it's more usual to have photo reviews for products.

When you collect Photo Reviews, the last 3 reviews are also displayed at the top of your Company Profile page. The photos in photo reviews are always vetted by you before they go live on your profile page.

When your customer searches for reviews on your business, they'll come across a wide range of sources of reviews, one of which will be your Reviews Company Profile page, as seen below.

Finally, customers have the option to write a review directly on your Company Page (see "open or closed platform" below for more details).

Open or closed platform

On our Growing Business and Enterprise packages, you have the option to remove the "Write a review" button from your Company Profile page, effectively closing your platform so that customer reviews may only be written by invitation to your customers. Reviews are sent by invitation from your e-commerce platform to your customers by email or SMS through our review collector.

On our Small Business package, the "Write a Review" button will be present on your company page, so that anyone can write a review directly on that page. All reviews written in this way will appear as "Unverified" until the customer presents proof-of-purchase to us. The request for proof-of-purchase is automatically sent upon their review submission.

Proof-of-purchase is not required for any invitations you send directly, of course, because these review invitations are automatically triggered on order completion (to be sent at a time of your choosing).
