Not only do you not need to be in front of a desktop to manage your reviews, the mobile app goes one step further with you now being able to receive notifications of when your reviews come in, right in the palm of your hand.
You can set your notifications to alert you when positive, negative, or both types of reviews come in! The notifications feature is especially handy for negative reviews, allowing you to stay on top of any customer grievances in order to resolve them quickly and efficiently, without complaints stacking up.
Being able to receive notifications whilst on the go, you needn’t worry about having to check your emails, alerts display as a notification from the app itself.
To enable your notifications within the app, navigate to:
1) The Business Dashboard
2) Enter your main client login details
3) Click the wheel cog icon at the top of the screen
4) Choose which notifications you wish to recieve
